1. Assistant Office Manager

We are actively seeking applicants for a part time position supporting the Office Manager.  (20-30 hours per week).  

This position will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and handling a wide range of administrative duties which include but are not limited to loan processing, auditing, insurance verifications, light collections, billing, office upkeep and inventory supply and much more.
This position also requires excellent communication skills among leadership, staff members, clients and business professionals.Experience in Microsoft Office and Excel is a must. 
Flexible work schedule (evenings and weekends will be required on occasions).  
Must be able to pass background check.
